Walking sticks help to improve blood circulation, increase endurance, saturate blood with oxygen and strengthen muscles of lower back, back and shoulder girdle. <\/span>Anti-shock system<\/b> takes the load off your knees. This function provides additional comfort while trekking and protects joints, especially on downhill sections.<\/span>
